I'm saying Hail Marys to control my blood pressure. Mweb go and change the URL for their message centre (stored of course on everyone's 'favourites') without telling clients. So for two days I have tranches of stuff sticking in the throat of my PDA. Each time you get into the 'message centre' it goes loopity-loop and you assume something's wrong their end. Today I phoned their tech support people, only to be told they'd changed the URL. For pity's sake, how simple to send out an e-mail to the clients involved instead of having the call centre deluged with irate callers. Who the hell at Mweb hasn't heard of marketing 101? It's about letting clients know before you make changes that affect and inconvenience them. Can you imagine the negative knock-on effect of this productivity-damaging debacle? Onion of the week to Mweb. Bah!
