We are busy renovating our home. As we are very impressed with Samuel, the sales consultant at your Polokwane branch, we are blown by bad service at delivery time. Neither the bathroom cabinet or bathroom fittings that we ordered were in stock. We had to decide on another cabinet of a different colour only to find that we had to pay in, because it was being manufactured by another company. Also we were being told that we will get discount on the new fittings because they didn't have in stock what we ordered. This promise wasn't kept. We find the management reluctant and unwilling to listen and help an unhappy customer. We are very disappointed to spend that amount of money with people who obviously are not at all concerned to give good customer service.
