Just when you thought the woman couldn't be more extreme, she topped her previous effort with a confection (it's too big to be called a hat) that should require a construction licence! One wonders whether they did an environmental impact assessment before letting it loose. ;-) By the way, that's not smeared lipstick in the pic - it's her red-painted talons applauding!
